Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of your Yakima shipping confirmation email.
Upon receiving your return, a credit will be issued for the returned product (excluding any return shipping charges and/or restocking fees). Please allow 5 – 7 business days for credit processing after we receive your return. Credits will be applied to the original credit or debit card used for order processing.
For Yakima product returns:
- Use original packaging
- Include copy of your packing slip
- Include all small parts and product manuals
- Ensure the item is unused/new condition
PRO orders and Last Chance products are non-returnable and considered final sale
Credits for items received outside the 30 day return window, with missing manuals/parts, or in noticeably used condition will be at Yakima's discretion
