SHIPPING INFORMATION
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). If your items require freight shipping, a LTL/Truck carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
GROUND SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT (4:00 PM ET) will ship within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days from the shipping date, depending on how far you are from our Perris, CA warehouse. Please note that during peak sales times or when we’re waiting on stock, there may be delays.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We currently don’t offer expedited shipping for orders over $750 or items shipped via LTL Freight. To get your expedited order the fastest, be sure to place it by 11:00 AM PT (2:00 PM ET). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will be processed the next business day. Keep in mind, delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
All oversized or heavy items (cargo boxes, tents, etc.) are shipped via freight. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your distance from our Perris, CA warehouse.
Freight shipping has a flat fee of $199.

REPLACEMENT KEYS & CORES
For replacement keys & cores, shipping will be charged at the following flat rates:
- Ground: $5.00
- FedEx 2-Day: $16.65
- FedEx Standard Overnight - PM: $28.86
- FedEx Standard Overnight - AM: $34.97
SHIPPING EXLUSIONS AND HOLIDAYS
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We’re unable to ship to these addresses.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, except Cargo Boxes and Rooftop Tents, which can only be shipped within the lower 48 states.

Please note that we won’t be shipping or delivering on the following dates:

- Memorial Day – May 26, 2025
- Independence Day – July 4, 2025
- Labor Day – September 1, 2025
- Thanksgiving – November 27, 2025
- Christmas Day – December 25, 2025
SHIPPING DAMAGE
While we take every precaution to pack your items safely, sometimes the unexpected happens. Please unpack and inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you have 3 business days from the delivery date to initiate a claim. Claims filed outside of this window may not be processed.
