SHIPPING INFORMATION

We totally understand how important it is for you to gear up with confidence for all the exciting activities ahead. To ensure timely delivery, we've teamed up with the speedy folks at FedEx and some fantastic LTL/Truck partners. We do not offer expedited shipping for orders over $750 or those containg Cargo Boxes, Rooftop Tents, or SlimShady Awnings that are shipping using 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) Freight Carriers. To get your expedited orders delivered fastest, make sure to place them by 11:00 AM PT (2:00 PM ET). For orders placed after 11:00 AM PT, expedited shipping will begin the next business day. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

All cargo boxes, tents, and other over-sized items are shipped through a truck partner. For optimal service, please place separate orders for cargo boxes and tents as they can only be shipped via heavy truck carriers. These shipments might arrive later than other items from a separate order. Delivery can be expected 7 to 10 business days from the shipping date, based on your proximity to our Perris, CA warehouse. If you're having a delivery at a residential address, the carrier will call you a day or two prior to arrange a delivery appointment. Ensure your availability, as cargo boxes and tents require a signature for delivery. Before signing for delivery, inspect your items for damage - any damage not noted during delivery is not the responsibility of Yakima.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We can ship most items to Alaska or Hawaii, excluding Cargo Boxes and Rooftop Tents. These specific items are only shippable to addresses within the lower 48 states.

Please note that we won't ship or deliver on the following dates in 2023:  

While we take every precaution, unforseen circumstances can sometimes lead to damage during transit. We kindly request that you unpack and inspect your items upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, you have a window of 3 business days from the delivery date to initiate a claim. Any claims filed outside of this window may result in the claim being denied.
