Meet ’n Greet
Hi all! I’m a former track and field athlete, turned professional mountain biker and adventure athlete. I’ve been around everything two and four wheels my entire life, and after my time in track and field was over, I was finally able to turn my attention towards mountain bikes full time. Shortly after, I started venturing into the outdoors to dirtbike, rock climb, snowboard, off-road and camp in the most remote spots possible! It’s been years now and the adventures just keep getting better and better!
Most Memorable / Meaningful Place I’ve Visited
Whistler, Canada is amazing for its riding. But for me it's really the adventure getting there! Every year I drive up from San Diego to Whistler and stop in so many cool places along the way!

What would your TED talk be about?
Imposter Syndrome - it's something I personally battle a lot of in my non mainstream career path. I think it's something more people struggle with without realizing it.
What would you be doing in an alternate life or timeline?
Definitely something in the horse world. I've always been a closeted crazy horse girl!
How do you like giving back? What's the cause you're passionate about or favorite non-profit/organization?
Introducing people (and particularly kids) to my own passions and interests and seeing their faces light up with happiness. I'm a shy person and understand the fear of trying something new. I love making that transition less scary to newcomers!
What's your guilty pleasure/indulgence?
Nothing hits better than a cinnamon roll after a big mountain bike ride. I have an insane sweet tooth.
If you could switch bodies with one person for a day, who would it be? Why?
Michelle Parker because of her grace in how she overcomes so many of life's challenges with ease. Not to mention she paved the way in her sport, and has since blossomed into so many others.
How does using Yakima products make your life easier, or what do you most like about it?
Yakima products, quite literally, make my adventures possible. I'm the person that wants to bring all the toys for different activities in one trip. The HangTight4 mounted on the BackSwing allows me to bring the bikes. My SkyPeak HD roof top tent mounted on the OverHaul HD, with OverNOut awning and RoadShower mounted to it makes camping more comfortable than you can imagine whether at the races or deep in the mountains offroading.
