      Best $10 I've spent in years!

      Yakima cargo boxes are spendy, but we've had ours (a low profile one) for about 8-10 years and going strong - we use it every year for long roadtrips, mostly for camping gear. This summer during a 6000 mile trip I noticed that the rear lid support wasn't working right. The plastic seemed to have deformed, probably in high heat. All twisted, wasn't allowing the lid to open and close quite right. So I found this replacement lid support on the Yakima website, figured for $10, what could I lose. Got it today, unscrewed the old one (which was a different design) and screwed in the new one (just two screws). Took 5 minutes, and we are back to a perfectly working Yakima box again! Thanks Yakima for making this available! I'm sticking with Yakima for all cargo purchases.
