Must Have for Rack and Roll Owners

Installation took just a few minutes and was incredibly simple. At first I thought it would only keep the trailer upright when it was disconnected, but it has become one of the most useful accessories I’ve added to my Rack and Roll.

One feature I don’t see mentioned very often is how much garage space it can save. I transport my kayak on the trailer, and when I store it, I unplug the trailer lights, pull the release handle, and collapse the tow bar underneath the kayak. The kickstand keeps everything level and stable, allowing the trailer to take up significantly less space in my garage. It has made storing the trailer so much easier.

The build quality is excellent, installation is straightforward, and the added functionality is worth every penny. If you own a Rack and Roll, this is an accessory you should buy on day one.

      10/10. Highly recommended.

      Rack and Roll kickstand

Less than perfect . The button that locks the kickstand in place has to be coaxed into place and does not automatically lock in place as it should.

      Disappointed

kickstand states holds trailer level when not in use, but mine is 3" or more shorter forcing weight to try and buckle the lightweight kickstand.

      Disappointed

Kickstand is too short and buckles under weight of empty trailer. The spring loaded release button is only thing that keeps tongue from falling to ground.

      Kickstand very handy

Great for when you want the trailor off your car. Only draw back is release button is tight and you have to make sure it is activated prior to using.

      Good idea but ...

The pin that locks the pin in position has bound 3 weeks after I assembled the trailer. Thankfully in the in position. While the pin works the kickstand is a very good thing. After that you have to be conscious about how, and what angle, you place the stand. I'll recommend the item even with the poor spring-loaded pin design.

      Great addition!

This little piece of equipment is essential for your Trailer. It makes storing everything so much easier. The only difficulty would be the two buttons that lock the kickstand in the raised and lowered position can be difficult to depress to pivot the kickstand to the new position. Otherwise this is a GREAT accessory and you'd be foolish not to spend the minute amount that is costs for the convenience you get from it!
