I purchased a roof rack and was concerned I wasn’t installing it correctly. I called customer service and spoke to Tom. He not only answered my questions, he emailed me all measurements required for installation and pictures of how it should look. Once I completed the installation I emailed him a picture of my truck along with a thank you for his assistance. Surprisingly , I received a reply from Tom. In my 63 years I have never received the level of customer service I got that day!! Customer for life, however long that is at this point, LOL. THANKS AGAIN TOM!!
