      Improvements: Needs parts to replace the red headed pins which allow the rack to pivot. The kit did not include them. See picture of needed part
      The parts provided did not work with hinging the bike rack to move it out of the way.

      needed parts that would allow the red plastic headed pins which allow the bike rack to fold up and towards the vehicle. These did not accomplish this.
