      Replacement of damaged part

      I damaged a part on my Hold Up +2. I was at the Canoecopia show in Madison. A young woman Yakima representative was on the floor. I told her my problem. She knew what part I needed and we got it ordered. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the bike equipment.
