      Yakima's customer service is top notch, they're responsive, know their products and they answer the phone.
      I purchased 3 used Hold up 2 racks from an online auction. Found that they needed a few parts including new locks for which they helped me find and delivered promptly.
      They made my good auction buy into a great buy, it's the best bike rack I have owned. Its easy to use and very stable, and the built in cable locks makes life that much easier.
