      No Instructions for Replacement Cradle

      No instructions for removing the old, broken cradle, and replacing it with the new one. Kind of rediculous..... I cannot figure it out. It looks like I have to slide all exixsting cradles and end cap off, before I can replace the cradle in the first bike position. I have a 4 bike ridgeback.
