Unique 2 inch receiver hitch mounted bike carrier. Can be folded down for access to back of vehicle. Produced: 1996-2000 History: New design using t-shaped lever on locking plates was introduced in 1998 and replaced original design (8002510) which used duck-bill shaped lever. General Information: Weight: 28.4 lbs. Dimensions: 7.5" from hitch bolt hole to back of mast. 40" tall. Bike mounting plate is 5" wide x 10-1/4" long. Capacity: 2 bikes, upgradeable to 4 with Plus Two accessory.

    23 years and going strong

    I’ve had this rack for at least 23 years and it has been great. the longest trip it’s been on has been approximately 1400 miles the only reason I would ever consider replacing it is if the T handle at the top broke or if I upgraded to a four bike rack. I own multiple Yakima products and will always interested in new products as my needs arise
